7.6. These Terms of Use and the  Privacy Policy shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any action relating to the Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, INDIA.
